Please contact us prior to initiating your stock transfer so we can properly credit your gift, send our thanks and a receipt for your tax records. We will need the name and quantity of donated securities, your name and your address. Donors who are at least 70½ years old may make a Qualified Charitable Distribution from their IRA account directly to the Albina Vision Trust. To initiate your Qualified Charitable Distribution, contact your IRA administrator to learn if your IRA qualifies. Albina Vision Trust’s Tax ID Number is 82-3733402. Please send us a note if you plan to donate in this way with your contact information so we can say thank you!

You can also choose to include Albina Vision Trust as part of your legacy by naming AVT as the beneficiary of all or a portion of a retirement account or other asset plans. Contact your IRA administrator to update your beneficiary designation form.
