AN Opportunity Unlike any other
This ground is special. 94 acres of prime, center city real estate situated along the banks of the Willamette River. 12 total property owners, the bulk of which are public entities committed to the restoration of the historic community pushed out of Lower Albina.
A mere 66 units of existing housing – concentrated in a single historic apartment building – across a nearly 100-acre waterfront project area, leaving us with a once-in-a-generation opportunity to develop at scale without displacing, disrupting or uprooting existing residents.
